| 摘 要： | 我国的民族传统体育根植于中国传统文化的深厚土壤，对如何在新时期弘扬民族传统体育，使民族传统体育不仅在中华大地上保持其持久旺盛的生命力，而且在世界体育舞台上展示其永恒的魅力与风采提出了自己的看法。要达到发扬传统民族体育，利用中国传统文化的精髓，在贯彻中国传统文化的基础上传播中国传统民族文化的目的，我们只有在坚持不断学习，对外来优秀文化兼收并蓄的基础上，并发扬我国民族传统文化的优秀部分，在不断的去粗取精中成长，从而促进民族传统体育的发展，激发民族传统体育魅力。

| Abstract: | China＇s national traditional sports ground Chinese traditional culture in the deep soil. Through consulting relevant material, how to in the new period carry forward the national tradition sports, making the national tradition sports not only in Chinese ground maintain its lasting exuberant vitality, but in world sports arena show its eternal charm with elegant demeanour, the paper proposes own view. Through the promotion, national traditional sports mining the profound connotation of traditional Chinese culture, at the same time to spread traditional Chinese culture as the means, the paper suggests to carry forward the national tradition sports, only not refuse and repulsion foreign culture outstanding part, in a down-to-earth way for both traditional Chinese culture or foreign culture, discard by inheriting and developing, make the national tradition sports constantly coruscate give new charm, national traditional sports contain traditional culture. |
