摘 要: | 本文阐述了烘烤制干加工技术是枣农避免或减少阴雨天带来的灾情损失、进一步提高红枣质量和商品价值的重要途径,也是红枣种植、加工及销售产业链中的一个重要环节。指出了普及这项工作的不足,最后提出解决问题的途径和一系列的保证措施。
