| Abstract: | At present, the whole nation from the leadership to the masses are studying and implementing the scientific outlook on development conscintiously. The probe into the source of theoretical about the scientific outlook on development has contributed to a better understanding and holding the great strategic thinking. The article analyse all-sidedly the theory base of the Marxist philosophy at dialectical materialism and historical materialism angle, so that to help us to a better exacting to hold the scientific connotation of the scientific outlook on development. |
