| 摘 要： | 己烯雌酚是一类严重危害人体健康的兽药,简单快速的检测方法研究具有重要意义。从浓度、温度、酸碱性等方面研究己烯雌酚使高锰酸钾褪色的最佳反应条件。结果表明:己烯雌酚使高锰酸钾褪色的最佳条件是中性条件下,温度在40℃以上,己烯雌酚的最低检测限为0.1ppm。这是一种适合于快速筛选的定性检测方法。

| Abstract: | To study the optimum reaction conditions of diethylstilbestrol qualitative color reaction.Because diethylstilbestrol molecule contains double-bond and it can react with potassium permanganate,we discuss the optimum reaction conditions of diethylstilbestrol with potassium permanganate’s color reaction from concentration,temperature,acid and alkaline three aspects.The optimal condition of diethylstilbestrol with potassium permanganate’s color reaction is neutral condition,temperature above 40 ℃,and the lowest detectable limit of diethylstilbestrol is 0.1 ppm. |
