摘    要:随着职前职后教师教育一体化研究的不断深入,学者们越来越关注职前教师教育教学能力的培养。通过优化课程设置、实行多元化考核、采用案例教学法、教学反思训练等途径,可有效培养幼儿园教师的职前教学能力。

Abstract:With the deepening research on the integration of teacher education, scholars are increasingly concerned about pre - entry teachers training, which is a big task of Preprimary Education Specialty of universities. The paper suggests some good methods, such as, optimized curriculum, diversified assessment, case teaching, teaching reflection, which can effectively develop kindergarten teachers' teaching ability.
