| 摘 要： | 独联体国家发生政权更替，西方国家进行渲染，赋予了它一种进步的、现代的、西化的色彩。从大国博弈来看，西方国家介入颜色革命具有明显“去俄罗斯化”意图，从颜色革命背后的民众诉求来看，民众希望国家承担起应有的职责，解决他们关心的问题。西方国家的意图与当事国的民众诉求远不是一回事。

| Abstract: | With the change of political power in Commonwealth of Independent States(CIS),the Western countries rendered it with the color of development,modernity and westernization.From the perspective of the competitive game between powers,the interference of the Western countries obviously had the intention of isolating CIS from Russia.On the other hand,when we consider the public wishes implicit in the color revolution,we will find what the public demanded is the government should shoulder the responsibility to solve their living problems.So, there is great difference between the Western countries' intention and the wishes of the people in CIS. |
