| 摘 要： | 文章剖析了公共图书馆容易引发安全突发事件的环境、诱因及存在的隐患，提出应该把应对突发事件和强化安全危机管理纳入公共图书馆的管理体系，建立和健全各种防范和应对突发事件的工作机制，增强干部员工的安全危机管理意识和应急处置能力，做好突发事件的善后工作。
