| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济社会的不断发展,一方面促进了职业教育的迅猛发展,另一方面对职教师资也提出了更高的要求。发展职业教育,应树立以职业道德教育为起点、以动态的管理思想为机制、以行业发展培训为催化剂、以具有信息素养的教师为保障、以建立学习型教师队伍为落脚点打造一支适应经济发展的职教师资队伍。

| Abstract: | With the development of China's economy and society,vocational education,on one hand,has gained development rapidly,on the other hand,higher requirements to the contingent of teachers have been proposed,so how to analyze the existing problems in the building of teachers in vocational and technical education in the new area pays a crucial significance to the development of education as well as building a contingent of teachers which are suit for the development of economy. |
