| 摘 要： | 中小城市区域图书馆联盟的建设是我国图书馆事业发展的需要,是克服中小城市图书馆发展条块障碍的需要,是方便读者近距离获取印刷型文献的需要。中小城市图书馆具备了联盟的外部条件、内在基础和可借鉴的成功经验,中小城市区域图书馆联盟具有可行性。中小城市区域图书馆联盟要选择适合自己的组织模式和管理模式,制定相应的联盟策略和联盟内容,获得多途径的经费支持,以提高我国文献资源的开发利用与共享。
