图书馆集群中人力资源共享问题研究

摘    要:本文分析了图书馆集群中人力资源共享的研究价值,给出了图书馆集群中异质图书馆人力资源共享的定义。然后,通过图书馆集群中人力资源共享的内在动因及合作博弈分析,来说明图书馆集群中异质图书馆人力资源共享的竞争优势,并指出了在保障人力资源共享中应处理好的几个关系。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the research value of human resources sharing in the library cluster and gives the definition of heterogeneous human resources sharing in the library cluster.Then the auther uses the intrinsic motivation and co-game analysis about human resources sharing to explain the competitive advantage of heterogeneous human resource sharing in library cluster,pointes out that in the protection of human resource sharing,a good number of relationships should be well dealt with.
