| 摘 要： | 实现流通环节自助服务是图书馆发展的一种趋势。在实现初期,图书馆应根据自身条件和特点,按照"局部"实现的理念,先选择较易实现的业务流程进行自助化。在引进自助借书系统过程中图书馆需要考虑相关问题及注意事项,充分认识自助服务的特点和自身的需求,掌握好两者的契合点,通过改进业务流程、加大用户的培训力度、消除馆员的排斥心理等方式将自助服务系统整合到原有的图书馆业务流程中去,真正发挥其提高图书馆服务效率、节约用户时间、实现用户自主性的目的。
