| 摘 要： | 通过对第三、四次县级图书馆评估标准的比较可以看出,县级图书馆还需拓宽基础业务建设范围,加强人才队伍建设,加快现代化建设步伐,增强为弱势群体服务意识,加强文化共享工程建设。第四次县级图书馆评估标准在办馆条件、基础业务建设、读者服务工作等方面有待完善和改进,同时还应注重地区差异和读者参与。
