皖南山区绞股兰成分及其抗疲劳作用机理的研究

摘    要:对皖南山区绞股兰成分进行分析,结果表明绞股兰与人参有三种相同的皂苷,并含有多种氨基酸;绞股兰具有提高机体运动能力的作用;在一定范围内,绞股兰皂苷对血液红细胞Na~+-K~=]ATP酶有激活作用。

Abstract:Composition and anti-fatigue functions of gynostemma pentaphyllum (thunb.) makino were studied in this paper. Results show that: 1. gynostemma has three kinds of saponins, the same as those of radix ginseng, seventeen kinds of amino acids, and many free amino acids; 2. gynostemma can improve exercise endurance of white rats, especially health and trained rats; 3. by studying serum myoglobin, experiment showed that the muscle cells of the rats having taken hynostemma for 45 days were less injured after physical exhaustion than those of the control group; 4. both methods of phosphate assay and liciferase showed that hynostemma saponin could to some extend activate (Na~+-K~+) ATP-ase in membrane.
