| 摘 要： | 申办冬奥会是中国哈尔滨一项重大的具有深远的历史意义的头等政治大事。采用文献资料、理论分析和实际调研等方法研究哈尔滨独具风格的建设、哈尔滨市环保建设、哈尔滨生态城市建设、哈尔滨地铁的建设对哈尔滨在申办冬奥会过程之中的城市建设影响的相关问题，旨在促进哈尔滨城市建设，加速哈尔滨申办冬奥会的进程。

| Abstract: | As a first -class political event in Harbin city of China, bidding for Winter Olympics has far - reaching historical significance. With the methods of documentary information, theoretical analysis and participant investigation, the paper analyzes the relevant issues of developing Harbin city during bidding for Winter Olympics, which relate to Harbin＇s unique architectural style, environmental construction, ecological city construction, effect of subway construction on urban traffic. The purpose is to advance the urban construction and accelerate the process of Harbin bidding for Winter Olympics. |
