| 摘 要： | 文章运用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,对陕南大专院校武术教学的现状进行了研究,研究结果表明：陕南大专院校学生喜欢武术但是不喜欢武术课;教学内容陈旧、以技术为主、忽视了理论课教学;教学设备落后、人文环境不浓厚;教学评价手段不合理。并提出了优化课程结构、改进教学手段、重视理论学习、更新评价方法、改善教学条件,旨在为陕南大、专院校武术运动更好的开展提供一些可操作性的建议。

| Abstract: | With the methods of questionnaire,documentary data,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,the status quo of Wushu teaching in common colleges in southern Shaanxi Province is researched.The results are as follows:students like Wushu,but they do not like Wushu courses;there have been phenomena of simplicity in teaching contents,old-fashion of teaching material,lag for teaching means,unreasonableness of evaluation system that emphasize the technique and ignore the theories,and non-ideal humanistic environments of Wushu education.Discipline constructions should be constantly consummated,the outdated teaching mode should be broken down and teaching content should be enriched.Sufficient attention should be paid to the needs of undergraduates during the teaching process so as to enable students to form the lifelong habits of physical exercise.The aim of this study is to explore the effective ways of Wushu in colleges and universities. |
