生态体验教育理论对职前教育的理论指导

摘    要:教师教育是目前教育改革的焦点,而小学未来教师的职前教育尤为重要。生态体验式教育理论对未来教师个体知识和实践性知识的习得与训练,具有指导作用和可操作性。生态体验式教育的理论内涵充满了人文精神关怀,它着力于促进体验者和导引者的共同发展,构建有魅力的教育教学过程,是一种臻于美善和谐境界的教育教学模式。

Abstract:Teacher education is the focal point of the education reform at present, education before working to elementary teachers in the future is particularly important. Ecological theory of experiential education has guiding role and operability on learning and training individual knowledge and practical knowledge to future teachers. Ecological theory of experiential education is full of human spiritual care ,promoting common development of the person experience and guidance, structuring glamorous education process,is a kind of harmonious and beautiful education pattern.
