成人学习者习得性无助探析

摘    要:习得性无助是有机体经历了挫折与失败,在经过某种无意识的学习之后,面临问题时产生的无能为力、消极的心理状态和行为。了解成人学习者产生习得性无助的原因,提出有效的教育策略,提高成人学习的效率,对我国创建学习型社会、践行终身教育理念,具有重大的理论和现实意义。

Abstract:Helplessness is a kind of powerlessness and passive maintain or behavior which organism goes through frustration and failure.After an unconsciousness learning,organism will be helpless when facing problems.For further information on helplessness,raising some effective education strategies will raise the efficiency of adult learning.It is significant both for building learning society and carrying life-long education.
