| 摘 要： | 温州市建设新型农村合作医疗制度已经取得阶段性成效,但还存在一些问题,亟待通过建立政府筹资的社会保障机制、强化新型农村合作医疗的监管、进一步改善农村医疗机构的基础条件等方式去解决完善,以便更好地加快推进新型农村合作医疗体系的建设。

| Abstract: | The construction of the new-type cooperative healthcare system has been roughly established and faces some problems. In order to promote the system, the government-funded social security mechanism must be established, the supervision upon the new-type cooperative healthcare system governance strengthened, and the infrastructure improved. |
