| Abstract: | The existing weakness in owners autonomous system and the legal dilemma of the subject quality of the owners committee and the problems in the practical work of owners autonomous management have all formed the obstruction on the road of owners autonomous development. The effective way to solve the problems and bring owners autonomous management into full play is to perfect legislative management system and hearn from foreign advanced experience. |
