| 摘 要： | 本文从西方媒体歪曲报道西藏打砸烧抢事件切入，阐述西方媒体挑战我国国家主权的表现，进而分析西方媒体构成对我国主权挑战的原因，并从健全新闻发言人制度，加强传媒技术科研与开发，努力推进国家间文化交流，倡导建立国际新闻监管机制、建设更加民主、文明的中国五个方面阐述应对策略。
