| 摘 要： | 资本运营是企业实现资本增值的重要手段,是企业发展壮大的重要途径。纵观当今世界大多数大企业的发展历程,资本运营都发挥了至关重要的作用。本文从资本运营的概念、作用、策略三个方面对国内企业实施资本运营的必要性及实施方式进行了较为详尽的阐述。
