| 摘 要： | 从比较学的角度对省会城市、一般城市、县城和乡村不同地域群体、经常运动与非运动群体、不同上网时间群体、毕业班和非毕业班群体以不同性别、不同年龄分层对中学生精神疲劳状况的发展趋势进行分析,以此得出对中学生亚健康状况进行良好干预方法与手段.

| Abstract: | Based on comparative study the article analyses the developing trends of the mind fatigue situation in the middle school students from the provincial capital city,the common city,county town and countryside respectively,including those who do the day-to-day exercise and the unexercised,the net players in different time,the graduating classes and ungraduating ones of different sex and layer.It also offers the good interposing method for the students' sub-fit conditions. |
