| 摘 要： | 农民大国的国情、“三农”问题、城乡差距等全面建设小康社会的难点的解决都有赖于城乡的统筹发展，我们应树立协调发展的观念，统筹城乡资源配置，统筹城乡产业发展，统筹城乡国民收入分配，统筹农民和市民待遇；积极推进有中国特色的城市化进程。

| Abstract: | The solution to such issues in the overall building of a well-off society as the national conditions of our agriculture country,the problems of agriculture,rural areas and the farmers,the differences between town and country,depends on a comprehensive arrangement in both rural and urban development.We must set up an idea of harmonious development and take all factors into account including the allocation of resources,development of production,distribution of national income and equal treatment to both city dwellers and farm workers so as to promote our urbanization. |
