| 摘 要： | 我国的风险投资业开始于20世纪80年代。目前，我国的风险投资机构主要采取公司制这一组织形式。从美国等发达国家的经验来看，国外风险投资机构大多采用有限合伙制的组织形式。但根据我国国情，当前适宜发展公司制的风险投资机构，在以后条件具备时再发展有限合伙制的风险投资机构。

| Abstract: | Risk investment in China originated in 1980s.At present,the risk investment organizations in China are in the form of company.In the developed countries like US. risk investment organizations take the form of copartnership.Is the form of company helpful to the development of risk investment in China?The present paper analyses the merits and demerits of the form of company,and copartnership,and according to the specific situation in China,points out that the form of company is suitable for the present risk investment organizations and the copartnership will function in the future when conditions permit. |
