| 摘 要： | 康德的“先验逻辑”是逻辑史上的一场革命，是关于知识和逻辑的“来源、范围和客观有效性的科学”。先验逻辑包括“理论的逻辑”和“实践的逻辑”。爱因斯坦发现相对论的过程完全印证了先验逻辑的正确性。“实践”是“实践的逻辑”的基本概念，“道德律”是“实践的逻辑”的核心概念，“至善”终极目的以及康德的“道德神学”、“道德宗教”使先验逻辑趋于完全。马克思主义哲学是对康德哲学及先验逻辑的继承和发展。

| Abstract: | The prior logic by Kant is the revolution of the logical history and it is the science of sources, scales and objective effective- ness about knowledge and logic. Prior logic involves theoretical logic and practical logic, and the process of the theory of relativity by Einstein proves the correctness of the prior logic completely. Practice is the basic concept of practical logic and the moral law is its core. The ultimate purpose of the goodness, moral theology and moral religion improve the prior logic. Marxist philosophy isthe inheritance and development for Kantianism and the prior logic. |
