| 摘 要： | 以农业开发史的视角，审视民国时期，国民政府经济部和云南省政府首次采取大量措施对高原特色农产资源进行深度开发，江浙实业界巨头也对此进行投资开发，还得到中国农民银行、交通银行、富滇银行等金融机构的信贷支持．在一系列措施的推行下，云南省形成了覆盖全省的特色经济作物三大中心建设一茶业、蚕桑事业和以木棉为代表的植棉事业，并开创了云南省热带作物的试验、研究和推广的先河，取得了成效．

| Abstract: | From the view of the history of agricultural development, examining the period of the Republic of China, Economy Ministry of national government and the provincial government, for the first time, took a series of measures on the characteristics of agricuhural production resources to develop widely. Jiangsu and Zhejiang tycoon also had invested and developed. Also they got the credit support from Farmers Bank of China, Bank of Communications, Fu Dian Bank and other financial institutions. Having taken the series of measures, there formed three centers covering the whole province of characteristic economy crop ： tea, silkworm, mulberry career represented with kapok cotton business ; which created the tropical crop tests, research and promotion of precedent, and obtained good result.
