| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对昆明市部分高校2010级大学生的余暇体育行为和体育消费情况进行调查，结果显示：昆明市高校大学生有一定的余暇时间参加体育活动，强身健体、放松身心成为他们参加余暇体育活动的主要动机；制约大学生体育消费的主要因素是体育活动场所少，休闲娱乐项目单一．建议学校开放体育设施，创造良好的体育健身环境，积极引导和推进大学生健身运动；引导大学生树立正确的体育消费观念．

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, leisure sports behavior and sports consumption of the grade 2010 college students in Kunming have been investigated. The result showed that college students in Kunming spend some leisure time participating sports activities. Keeping fit and relaxing are the main motivations for them to take part in leisure sports activities. However, the major element restricting their sports consumption is few sports places, and boring sports item. So it＇ s necessary to suggest more sports facilities in the colleges be opened to the students, good body-building areas be built to promote and guide them to participate and guide the college students to set up correct sports consumption views. |
