校长研修共同体模式探索

摘    要:校长培训模式的建构,是一个实践、认识、再实践、再认识的复杂过程,涉及到校长培训工作相关的方方面面。校长研修共同体培训模式,是在充分认识现代校长培训性质和特点的基础上,以学校管理实践为依托,以校长个性发展为目标,借助校长集体智慧,提升校长解决实际问题能力的一种校长培训模式。它是促进校长个性发展的有效路径,能够破解校长培训针对性和实效性难题,是一种科学有效的培训模式。

Abstract:The construction of the headmaster training pattern is a complex procedure of practice, cognition, practice again and cognition again, which involves every aspect of headmaster training. The headmaster training community training pattern, based on thorough understanding modern headmaster training property and characteristics and school management practice, aimed at headmasters' personality development, uses headmasters' collective wisdom to improve headmasters' ability to solve actual problems. This pattern is the effective approach to help headmasters to develop their personalities, which can solve the problems of impertinence and ineffectiveness and is a scientific and effective training pattern.
