| 摘 要： | 通过对昆明市卫生监督机构2010年的人力资源现状及其存在的问题调查研究,结果表明,昆明市卫生监督机构人员年龄结构合理,性别比例较均衡,但学历、职称结构不合理,人才总量严重不足,高层次人才匮乏.建议尝试通过科学制定人力资源发展规划,严格卫生监督人员准入,优化卫生监督队伍等方式来解决人力资源建设中存在的问题.

Investigation of the Present Situation of Human Resource in the Health Supervision Institutions of Kunming City |

| Abstract: | By investigating the present situation and existing problems of human resource in the Health Supervision Institutions of Kun ming, the results showed that the age structure of staffs of Health Supervision Institutions of Kunming is reasonable, and sex ratio is bal anced. However, the structure of academic background and academic title are unreasonable. Obviously, specialized professionals on cer tain area are in shortage and some departments are lack of the talent of high administrative levels. The suggestions to solve these existing problems of human resources construction are that Human Resources Development Plans should be formulated scientifically, the recruit ments of the staffs in Health Supervision Departments must be strict under the control and the teams of Health Supervision Departments must be optimized. |
