| 摘 要： | 配电网是电力系统发电、输电和配电三大系统之一。电力公司通过配电网实现其产品销售．随着经济的发展、观念的变化，电力公司正经历着一场深刻的变革：电力市场自由化。这场变革使电力公司面临新的挑战，必须采取新的策略，新的技术和管理措施，转变经营理念，如改革电费系统，推广分时电价等，以增强市场竞争力。
