| 摘 要： | "举全国之力"解决好三农问题是十八大提出来的,也是历来全党、全国工作的重中之重。基于工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化"四化"同步发展的大背景,湖州农村发展研究要着眼于以下三点:围绕"改革创新"的主旋律,解决用什么思想来引导的问题;立足"来自实践"这个出发点;抓住"推动实践"这个落脚点。

| Abstract: | Solving the three problems existing in agriculture with all the efforts throughout the coun- try is put forward by the 18th National Party＇s Congress, and has always been the key work for the whole Party and nation. Under the simultaneous development background of industrialization, informa- tion technology, rural urbanization and agricultural modernization, the research into rural development should be focused on the three respects： solving the problem of using what thought as a guide by center- ing on the main tune of ＂reformation and innovation＂, having a foothold on the starting point of ＂coming from practice＂ and seizing the ing place of ＂promoting practice＂. |
