高职院校教师教学质量评价系统的分析与设计

摘    要:对于学校而言,教师课堂的教学质量是学校整体教学质量的重中之重。教学质量高低是教学活动成效性的外在表现形式,而良好的教学评价系统对教学质量有导向、促进、激励和调控功能,是学校教学管理工作的重要组成部分,是评价教学工作成绩的主要手段。结合高职院校实际情况设计的教师教学质量评价系统,采用AHP法进行评价指标体系的构建,并对评价结果进行数据挖掘,能够对教师的教学工作、科研情况等多方面进行评价,使得高职院校的评教工作更加公平、公正、客观。

Abstract:The quality of classroom instruction is the first priority of the whole teaching quality of the school. The level of the teaching quality is the external manifestation of the performance of teaching activity. A successful evaluation system will help to direct, improve and regulate the teaching quality, and it's an important part of the school teaching management work and the major means of the teaching performance evaluation. The teaching quality evaluation System which combined with facts of higher vocational colleges, uses AHP to establish evaluation indicators system, and through data mining technology to analyze the results, can evaluate the situation of the teaching job, scientific research and so on. It makes the evaluating teaching be- come fair and objective.
