| Abstract: | At present,the small and medium sized enterprises in China,are actively promoting information construction using ERP,but the low level of success rate problem is arising increasingly.The executor of them should deeply understand and apply key ERP implementation factors,implement and design appropriate plan to reduce the risks based on their own requirement so as to improve the success rate. |
