| 摘 要： | 文章针对河南民营科技企业在投资环境、融资、服务体系、产权关系、企业管理、技术创新能力、人才等方面存在的问题,提出了充分发挥政府作用、营造良好的投资环境、拓宽融资渠道、健全和完善民营科技企业服务体系、推进现代企业制度建设、健全和完善技术创新机制,提高企业技术创新能力等促进河南民营科技企业快速发展的政策建议。
