| 摘 要： | 以国美电器为例,按照风险识别、风险评估、风险管理、风险检查与评价的顺序对我国家电零售连锁企业面临的纯粹风险进行分析。分析结果显示,我国的家电零售连锁企业一共面临五大类十五种风险。针对不同风险,可以采用相应的风险管理手段。

| Abstract: | Taking the GOME Corporation as an example,this paper analyses the real risks encountered by China's electric-appliance retail chain-store enterprises in the order of risk discrimination,risk evaluation, risk management,risk examination and assessment,indicates that the enterprises face risks of five categories of fifteen kinds,and discusses the risk management methods to deal with the different pure risks. |
