| Abstract: | It needs innovative talents to build the innovative country, the training system of the applied innovative talent to be one of the important systems which trains innovative talents, the article discussed the necessity of the construction of the innovative talent training system, the essential feature of applied innovative talent and how to construct the applied the innovative talent training system and the practical experience, this has summed up the theory of probing into and the practical experience, the study can be used for reference to the innovative talent training. |
