| 摘 要： | 农民工子女教育的问题,是中国社会转型时期所遇到的特殊困难,它涉及到教育公平的问题,影响到整个社会的和谐稳定和国家的长治久安,必须予以高度重视和解决。统筹城乡教育的大背景下影响农民工子女教育的综合因素有很多,包括政府、社会、学校、父母和孩子本身,他们之间是相互联系、相互作用的,缺一不可。但在整个农民工子女教育问题上,政府是中坚力量,是其他因素不可替代的。政府的作用主要通过制定政策、全面规划、兴办学校、加强管理、加大投入、多种补助并统筹各方面的力量来实现。

| Abstract: | The education of migrant workers’ children,a particularly difficult problem we have encountered in the social transformation period,should be highly focused and properly resolved because it involves the issue of fair education;the formation of a harmonious society and the security of the society as well.In the background of the coordination of urban and rural education,many factors affect their education,including the government,the society,parents and the children.They are interrelated and indispensable to each other.The role of the government,which can’t be replaced by others forces,is to make policy and over-all plan accordingly,to build more schools,to strengthen the management and to increase the investment as well. |
