摘    要:在基础教育新课程改革中,农村教师源于地缘、信息、教学设施及自身素质等条件上的劣势,遭遇了很多现实困境,致使农村教师对基础教育新课程改革总体持消极态度。而要改变这一状况,需要他们进行角色定位、明确使命、分清"无为"与"有为"的辩证关系,遵循以人为本、以校为本,立足本人、本校、本职工作和学生实际,寻求符合学生个性发展的教育教学之路,是大有作为的。

Abstract:In new curriculum reform of basic education,the rural teachers,from the disadvantages such as geopolitical,information,teaching facilities and quality of their own conditions,it encountered many practical difficulties and a negative attitude towards curriculum reform.In order to change this situation,their roles need to be positioned,their missions should be defined,and the dialectical relationship of "Doing Nothing" and "Can Do" should be distinguished.The author proposal that if we adhere to the people-oriented,the teacher and school's actual situation should be paid attention to,education teaching which follow the students' individuality development should be explored.It is promising.
