| 摘 要： | 博士后日常经费是博士后在站期间从事科学研究工作和生活的基本经费保障。在博士后事业发展的不同阶段,博士后日常经费结构不尽相同。博士后生活费用占博士后日常经费比例逐渐提高,科研工作补助经费占博士后日常经费比例逐渐下降。虽然博士后生活费用占博士后日常经费比例逐渐升高,额度不断上涨,但博士后生活费用强度波动较大,增长速度偏慢,应该在增加博士后生活费用额度的同时,保持博士后生活费用强度相对平稳,并稳步提高博士后生活费用的增长速度。

| Abstract: | Postdoctoral daily fund is the basis for post-doctors to work and live.In different periods,the structures of postdoctoral daily fund differ from each other.The scale of postdoctoral maintenance in postdoctoral daily fund increased regularly,while the scale of scientific research fund decreased.Although the scale and amount of postdoctoral maintenance increased,the strength of postdoctoral waved and the mount speed is slow.It is necessary to keep the strength of postdoctoral maintenance calmly and the increase speed steadily. |
