| 摘 要： | 为了探寻休闲体育与海西城市化发展的互动作用，采用文献资料法与综合分析法对两者进行了分析，结果表明：休闲体育是海西现代体育生活方式的重要组成部分，它引领现代海西人实现文明健康的生活，培养现代海西人适应环境变化的能力，提高人们的生命质量，在调节现代海西人有关生理、心理和社会方面的行为，满足人们生存、享受和发展需要等方面具有理论和实践层面上的重要意义。同时，海西城市化的发展也为休闲体育的内容和层次提出更高的要求，并为休闲体育的进一步发展提供良好的契机。
