| 摘 要： | 大学生党员教育管理是高校党建工作的重要组成部分，同时也是高校学生思想政治教育工作的重要方面，受到了越来越多的重视。但在当今复杂的社会背景下，大学生党员能否充分发挥先锋模范作用，对其进行有效的后续教育不可小视。文章从阐述新时期加强大学生党员后续教育与管理的意义入手，分析新时期高校学生党员后续教育与管理存在问题、影响因素等，继而探索构建新时期加强高校学生党员后续教育与管理的长效机制，以不断提高大学生党员素质，充分发挥党员先锋模范作用，永葆共产党员先进性。

| Abstract: | The education and administration of college student party members is an important part in party con- stmction of colleges and universities, and at the same time constitutes a significant component in the ideological and political education of college students. Therefore, more and more importance has been attached to it. However, under the complicated social circumstances, whether college student party members can play a vanguard and exem- plary role is, to a large extent, dependent on the effective follow -up education on them. Starting with illustrating the meaning of strengthening the follow - up education and administration of college student party members in the new era, the paper analyzes its existing problems and the causes of them, and then explores how to construct a long - term mechanism of strengthening it, so that the quality improved and their vanguard and exemplary role can be fully members. of college student party members can be increasingly played, thus retaining the progressiveness of CPC |
