| 摘 要： | 高校后勤要顺利实现社会化 ,其重要的一点 ,就是要从根本上解决资产产权归属问题。本文通过对资产产权在高校后勤社会化改革中所起作用的分析 ,提出了资产产权过渡的三种形式及完成资产产权过渡需要经历的三个阶段。并提出和分析了在资产产权过渡中应注意的几个问题及需把握的原则。
