| 摘 要： | “留守学生”问题，是当前我国西部农村“普九”的关键问题。由于地域和西部特有的历史原因，中国西部科技城绵阳市区与边缘六县在经济、交通、信息、文化教育方面形成了巨大的城乡二元结构反差；笔者以绵阳市所辖平武、北川等六县为研究对象，并以盐亭县两河镇新民村为研究样本；经调查发现农村留守学生存在“边缘化”、“亲情淡漠化”、“信息非对称化”等五个主要问题。并有创新地提出了：加强对“回引工程”的引导等四个解决方案。旨在为大西部农村留守学生问题的解决提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | ： The problems of ＂students staying to take care of themselves＂ are the key issue of ＂the project of popularization of nine - year compulsory education＂ in current China＇s western rural areas. Because of the unique geographical and historical reasons, China＇s western science and technology city Mianyang and six nearby counties form a huge urban -rural dual structure contrast in economy, transportation, information, and education. The author took Pingwu, Beichuan in Mianyang as the objects of study, as well as other four counties, and Lianghe town, Xinmin village of Yanting County as the study sample, discovering five main problems such as ＂ marginalization＂ , ＂ lack of family love＂, ＂asymmetric information＂ which exist among rural stayed students by the survey, and putting forward the four solutions to strengthen the instruction of the ＂back to home project＂, aiming at providing a useful reference for the resolution to left students in western rural countries |
