| 摘 要： | 开放存取及机构知识库的发展,给高校图书馆的发展带来了机遇,也使高校图书馆面临着前所未有的挑战。文章通过对世界发达国家机构知识库建设的介绍,阐述了我国高校图书馆建设机构知识库的必要性和可行性,并提出了"积极宣传和推广机构知识库"等数条具体措施。

| Abstract: | The open access and the development of institutional repository have brought rare opportunities and unprecedented challenges to university libraries.By introducing the experience of the construction of institutional repository in developed countries,the paper expounds the necessity,feasibility of the construction of institutional repositories.Some measures to the construction of institutional repositories are also presented in this article. |
