| 摘 要： | 科教兴国是我国新时期的发展战略，教育，尤其是高等教育受到全民的重视，作为教育的场所，高等院校的校园建设也随之成为新时期规划和建设的重点之一，本通过对淮海工学院校园的改扩建规划设计思路和过程的总结，力图寻求适合我国国情的现代高等院校校园规划设计的方法和方向。
