| 摘 要： | 高校扩招给师专院校单一的培养目标提出了新挑战，加强毕业生就业信息沟通，掌握地方需求关系；调整专业结构和课程设置；探索就业市场，拓宽就业渠道，加强毕业思想教育工作，帮助毕业生树立正确的择业观念，是师专院校顺应就业形势需要的举措。
