摘    要:高职院校师资队伍是以“双师”为主要特征的构建取向。“双师型”教师的培养,主要采取“校内提升”与“送厂锻炼”两种方式,但这两种方式都存在一定的被动性与局限性。转变管理理念,鼓励广大教师直接投身经济建设主战场,注重其社会服务能力,争取经济效益和社会效益的双丰收,是创新高职师资队伍建设的新途径。

Abstract:Now most higher vocational institutions are fostering teachers with "double certificates",but this mode is inactive and limited.Higher vocational institutions should change their idea of administration,and encourage teachers to take part in market economy.This would bring the teachers both economic and social efficiency.This is also a new approach to fostering teachers.
