| 摘 要： | 学风建设一直是各大高校都在探讨的课题，也是各大高校一直在抓的工作，但为什么有些学校卓有成效，有些学校无明显好转，而有些学校学风好过一段却不能坚持呢？本文通过对学风建设对高校的重要性的阐述，提出良好的学风需要学校、学生、家长和社会共同努力，争取广泛参与，树立全员学风建设意思，以促进高校良好学风的形成与延续。

| Abstract: | The build of the study-ehtos is the problem which every university is in investigation and discussion,and also the problem which every universities have been grasping,why some university gets highly effective but some university has no obvious improvement,and also some university is in good study-ethos for sometime but couldn't insist on? The article is set forth by the significance of the study-ethos,is suggest that fine study-ethos require that school,student,parents and society make joint efforts,strives for broad participation,setting up the entire personnel built of study-ethos,in order to promote fine study-ethos of universities's to take form and last. |
