| 摘 要： | 21世纪是网络的时代 ,网络给人类带来巨大利益的同时 ,也会产生各种危机和威胁 ,因此 ,网络安全作为一个日益突出的全球性和战略性的问题 ,摆在世界各国面前 ,网络对国家安全提出了重大的挑战 ,使国家安全面临巨大的威胁 ,如何维护网络时代的国家安全就成为一个现实的问题。中国作为一个发展中的大国 ,反对霸权主义和维护国家安全 ,需要构筑网络安全的防御体系

| Abstract: | The 21st century is the age of cyber in which the Internet brings about not only tremendous benefits to man but also various crises and threats. Thus, cyber security becomes an increasingly important global and strategic issue and poses severe challenge to national security. In this sense, how to maintain national security under circumstances of the cyber age is a problem that concerns every country in the world. As a major developing country China need to establish a defense system of cyber security in order to fight against hegemonism and maintain her own national security. |
