| 摘 要： | 首先介绍进化博弈理论的基本均衡概念与基本动态概念,然后设计一个简单的进化博弈理论模型来研究房地产市场诚信形成的过程及其影响因素,在此基础上提出了以动态管理的思想从系统出发来规范房地产信用市场的发展.

The Method of Evolutionary Game Theory and the Research of Trust in Real-estate Market |

| Abstract: | Starting with the introduction of the concepts of basic equilibrium and basic dynamics in the evolutionary game theory, the paper devised a simple model of evomutionary game theory, with which the processes of the development of the realestate market are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the paper further analyzes the influential factors which affect the forming and developing of the trust, proposing that the credit market of real estate should be systematically developed within the code of practice under dynamic management. |
